Because 832 Fell certainly has enough of it. The walls, floors, ceiling? no surface has been left untouched and it's a visual mindf**k. The 7-bed, 5.5-bath, 6,720-square-foot Queen Anne Victorian mansion has been "lovingly restored by a master craftsman." The house was first listed in late January of this year for a little under $4M. Then it was relisted and delisted several times and now it's back again, and with a cheaper price tag: $3,500,000. In an article published in the SF Examiner, listing agent Amy Clemens said the price is a result of the location. "It's very difficult to compare," Clemens said. "There's really nothing in the neighborhood that has sold on this scale with the double lot and the amount of parking." How much parking? Roughly enough for eight cars. What say you, dear readers? Will this gigantic mansion on Fell sell? Or will it languish? Let us know in the comments!
