Money, Money, Money

If you like emotive data visualizations, these charts from our friends over at Zip Realty are for you. They’ve figured out how to use real estate data to represent the respective market sentiments in two very different cities: Las Vegas and our own fair San Francisco. While it appears that the sprawling desert megalopolis (no, we're not talking about LA) is feeling pretty blue due to the preponderance of foreclosure sales, San Francisco real estate is seeing green, dominated as it is by real estate sales transacted at market prices (or perhaps San Francisco is feeling about-to-vomit-green from the astronomical prices of houses here).
