Less Bland At Pier 70

Architect Craig VerPlanck (and others) comment on the potential at Pier 70, as Forest City and Ports embark on the renovation and development of the huge waterfront space adjacent to Dogpatch. Preservation of the original structures is critical, and Forest City's challenge is to make something that won't look like Mission Bay. In fairness to Mission Bay, Pier 70 has a little more to work with. [Bay Citizen and previously at Curbed SF]
