Did you happen to see a poster promoting a documentary about anti-graffiti vigilantes when you were bouncing around the Mission this weekend? According to the SF Appeal, the illegally posted advertisements are keeping anti-graffiti crews from the SFDPW busy. City officials said that the Mission District and surrounding neighborhoods have been where the majority of the advertisements get posted, and that crews cleaned up more than 40 wheat-pasted poster in that area. Department officials are asking the documentary's filmmakers to intervene and are asking the public to report poster sightings to 311. [SF Appeal]
