We knew we were in for a treat when we first heard about the listing for 2732 Vallejo. There weren't listing photos at the time, but we were aware that the home had a glass-detailed stairway designed by starchitect Stanley Saitowitz. And since it was asking over ten million dollars (not a typo!), it had to be special. The 6-bed, 7.5-bath, 4,600-square-foot abode landed on the market in July of 2010 with an asking price of $10,250,000. Ten million bucks and some change is a lot to ask for a piece of property, so it was later PriceChopped to $9,350,000 and then $8,995,000. Last week, the property finally sold for $8,500,000. Congrats to the lucky buyer!
