Curvy Contemporary Can't Catch a Break

Was: $2,495,000
Now: $2,295,000
You Save: $200,000 We first told you about this curvy and contemporary metal structure on Roosevelt in Corona Heights back in late June when it hit the market with an asking price of $2,495,000. It had been on and off the market in 2007 and 2010, once asking as high as $2,995,000. We pondered whether the price reduction would woe a buyer, and so far it hasn't. Just this week it dropped the price to $2,295,000. What'll it take to find this 2-bed, 2.-5-bath, 3,275-square-foot abode a buyer?
