On Monday a group called Citizens for a Sustainable Treasure Island filed a lawsuit against San Francisco because it wants the Treasure Island redevelopment project environmental impact report to be redone, reports the SF Examiner. The group's concerned that the report doesn't fully describe the scope of the project or its impact on Bay Bridge traffic. "The authors of the EIR have attempted to hide and otherwise minimize the far ranging impacts the project will have on the region," said Keith Wagner, the group's legal advisor. [SF Examiner]
