A spiffy new mini-park has popped up on the northeast corner of Bernal Hill, Bernalwood reports. It's on Bernal Heights Boulevard between Carver and Bradford. The mini-park was created by a group of volunteers called Friends of Bernal Gardens. The park's quite small, but that doesn't really matter. The real attraction is its "multi-billion dollar view of downtown San Francisco." [Bernalwood]
