Inner Sunset Charmer Seeks Young Person(s) With Cat

New, 7 comments

Rents go up during the warmer months, it's a fact. Which means we're probably not leaving our rent-controlled apartment any time soon. But what about transplants looking for their first San Francisco apartment? Or the socially-awkward souls who just can't do the five-roommate-Mission-flat thing anymore? This post is for them! We've scoured the craigslist, and this is what we've come up with. This week we're bringing you five apartments decent enough live in for under $1,750. We'll be posting one per day. Hooray!

Today we bring you this Inner Sunset one-bedroom apartment for $1,750 per month. This hardwooded-beauty faces a back garden, which is shared, and features some adorable period details in the living room. The N-Judah, a half block away, will whisk you away to downtown when it's not stuck in a tunnel. 9th Ave is close by for getting your eat on, and Golden Gate Park is equally close for when you need to burn it off. Laundry is in the building, parking is not. You can even have a cat, for snuggling up to on those foggy summer nights. We think she's a keeper, dear readers.
