Two Quintessential S.F. Properties Found Buyers This Week

Two properties that we're quite smitten with just sold. Let's discuss. We first told you about 600 Wisconsin in Potrero Hill back in May, when the 3-bed, 2-bath, 2-level home (with a currently occupied rental unit in the back) hit the market with an asking price of $1,595,000. A little over a month later and boom, it sold for $1,595,000. Congrats to the lucky buyer! We can't wait to see what kind of window treatments they use for that gigantic front window.

Next up is 2361 Jackson in Pacific Heights, a 1-bed, 1-bath condo that feels (well, looks) like a Victorian cottage. We fell in love with it. And since it was asking $499,000, it fit right into our Under 500K Club. It took less than a month for this charmer to find a buyer, and it did, but for below asking at $491,540. Please don't change a thing, new owner.
