County officials adjust the boundaries of the supervisorial districts every 10 years after census results are released And Alameda Supervisor for Berkeley, Keith Carson, is looking for input from residents about the new boundaries. Aside from the usual Democrats and Republicans, we're wondering about how the various other factions- progressives, vegans, tree-huggers, cyclists, dog-owners, anti-circumcisionists, bee-keepers and habitat guardians- will come into play. It's Berkeley, after all, where "tea party" usually means a gathering around something hot, green, watery and fair-trade. [Berkeleyside]
