Interim Mayor Ed Lee took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bernal Heights' new Vista Point Garden mini-park this week. Bernalwood reports that while the Mayor's presence was definitely felt, the real star of the show was project director Julian Wyler, "who spearheaded the volunteer effort to make this glamorous new park a reality." Mayor Lee gave Wyler a Certificate of Honor for his work and then helped him cut the ribbon with giant red scissors. [Bernalwood]
