Foreclosed on in March, listed in April, and sold in June. That's the story for a 1-bed, 1.5-bath, 932-square-foot loft at the awarding-winning Yerba Buena Lofts, which were designed by Natoma Architects under the direction of starchitect Stanley Saitowitz. In 2007, unit #724 sold for $706,000. Then this March it was put on the market for $619,000. Next up: foreclosure. Back again but PriceChopped to $599,900, which helped it finally find a buyer, but for under asking at $585,000. We sincerely hope that this unit's ?roller coaster ride is over.
