Could This Property Be Mark Zuckerberg's New $7M Home?

New, 2 comments

The internet is abuzz this morning with news that Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg just purchased a house in Palo Alto for $7 million. Historically, the Facebook CEO has lived in modest digs that he found through Craigslist. What we know about his new home: The house is "very large," clocking in over 5,000 square feet, and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It's a 10-minute drive from what will soon be Facebook's new corporate camps in Menlo Park. Property highlights include a saltwater pool and music alcove. Curbed SF did some digging and we think we may have found a possible candidate for Zuckerberg's abode. For privacy sake, we won't list the address. The photos above show a house that's an eleven minute drive from Facebook's new corporate headquarters, which is located at 314 Constitution Drive in Menlo Park. The home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is almost 8,000 square feet. As you can see, the home is set deep on the lot, providing extra privacy from the street. The most recent asking price for the property is close to the reportedly $7 million that Zuckerberg paid for his new digs. Although we can't confirm at this time that this is indeed the property that Zuckerberg will call home, we still would like to extend some kudos to whoever the lucky buyer is, as this is a top tier piece of property.
UPDATE: Looks like the above home isn't the correct property. The Real Estalker has a more likely contender.
