Whether new antennas on its roof will improve service in the area — or, dare we suggest, bring relief to that zero-bar black hole that is the Upper Haight — remains to be seen. AT&T's plans for a new set of cell antennas on the roof of 255 Steiner are announced. Still under review at the Planning Department, there's a public meeting on June 7 at the LGBT center on Market Street at 7PM.
