Just smooth walls and granite countertops. Oh, and not much natural light. The unit also doesn't come with a parking spot. The original asking price was $675,000, and it just sold for $630,000. Which is unfortunate for the past owner, because they bought the abode in 2005 for $712,000. Congrats to the lucky buyer.
