Time To Go On a Car Buying Spree

The 2-bed, 3.5-bath penthouse at 455 Vallejo has sold. And since there was a bit of confusion in the comments of the previous post, we though we'd clarify some things: yes, it's only a four-story building, but that doesn't mean the unit isn't a penthouse. By definition, a penthouse is "any specially designed apartment on an upper floor, especially the top floor, of a building." So, just how "special" is this unit? The northern side of the floor is split into six units, but the penthouse side is entirely one unit, which is why it has seven parking spaces. Seems pretty special to us. It was originally asking $2,995,000, but sold for $2,435,000. Congrats to the lucky buyer.
