1826-1832A Mason Street Has Arrived After Some Serious Nipping and Tucking

New, 4 comments

Five units at 1826-1832A Mason have just landed on the market. They're all TIC properties, with prices ranging from $499K to $1.195M. There are roof decks, views, and sexy kitchens. Let's take a look around.

The fourth floor unit is the most grand. It's a 2-bed, 2.5-bath unit with seventeen, count that seventeen, skylights. It's got a huge (huge!) roof deck with BBQ and views galore. It's asking $1,195,000.

The are two units in the front of the second and third floor. They both have very similar floorplans to the unit on the fourth floor, so we'll spare you photo overlaps. The gallery above shows the major differences (kitchen layout, etc). The second floor unit is a 2-bed, 2.5-bath TIC with a view of Coit Tower. It's asking $850,000. The third floor unit has the same specs, but is asking $895,000.

There's a 2-bed. 2.5-bath unit in the back of the 2nd and third floor that has three patios and a roof deck. It too has killer views. Asking $1,050,000.

Last but certainly not least is the 1-bed, 1-bath garden unit. Look! It has it's own gate and everything. And at $499,000, it's the newest edition to our Under 500K Club.
