Do you like small spaces? Are you a minimalist? Then we might have found you the perfect apartment setup! Curbed National hipped us to a video of a 258-square-foot apartment, complete with kitchen, bed and bath. Sure, it's not in SF (it's located in Barcelona), but we can think of plenty of listings and rentals that could benefit from a watered-down cabinetry system like the one in the video. The only elements that can't be tucked away are the bathroom fixtures like the shower and sink. Think about the workout you'd get from constantly moving around stuff so that you can live comfortably!
