San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee announced today that a housing complex for chronically homeless and senior veterans in SoMa has received a federal grant of $1.07 million. The grant comes from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and will go to the Veterans Commons housing project at 150 Otis Street, according to the mayor's office. [SF Appeal]
