Just in time for Easter, that lovely francophone condominium at the corner of Pacific and Baker Streets shaved a quarter-million dollars off its chocolate bunny. A grand old-school duplex apartment in an equally grand neighborhood, the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 3-fireplace with a 3-car private garage unit has high ceilings and a beautiful curving staircase but lacks a view and outdoor space. They did the deed yesterday after about a month on the market, although we think if they'd started out at $3,900,000 they might have had a mini-bidding war. Oops! The current owners purchased it in 2005 for $4,350,000. HOA dues are a relative bargain for a unit this size at $1212 a month. Not expecting any open houses, but we'd show up for an egg hunt.
