No word yet on which particular unit it is, but we're betting it's not #302, the 1-bed, 1-bath pearly PriceChopper that's currently sitting on the market with an asking price of $769,000. As you may already know, 1083 Clay was designed by renowned architect Donald MacDonald, and has an Art Deco-inspired design. The rental comes with on-site laundry and 1-car deeded parking.
