This just in from The Mission: The Planning Department tells us that Sean Dowdall and the ODC Dance's appeal of the Environmental Review for the planned park at 17th & Folsom has been withdrawn and thus will not be on the agenda at today's Planning Commission meeting. So you can stay home. More good news from Planning: "We have been working closely with all the City agencies to coordinate the jurisdictional transfer of the site. We anticipate this will be completed this summer and that we will be able to come back to the community late summer to finalize the park design." Fruit trees and water features everywhere applaud.
