You Save: $24,000 This 2-bed, 1-bath condo has been sitting on the market since late September of 2010. It's exterior is adorable and the location is super central, but we wonder if having Van Ness/Hwy 101 as your cross street would be overwhelming. At least the bedrooms are located in the back of the unit, so you wouldn't have to deal with street noise. Let's discuss the kitchen. Sure, it's got shock value, but all it would take to tone it down would be a weekend spent sanding and repainting the cabinet fronts. This is a very fixable problem. There's 1-car leased parking for $200 and monthly HOA dues are $340.
