You called it, readers. Unit #510 at the Monty in Yerba Buena did not find a buyer when it was asking $535,000 for its 1-bed, 1-bath, 650-square-foot spread. But is it really a one bedroom? It's a junior, if you really want to get specific; some will argue that it's actually a studio. The battle over what qualifies as a bedroom will continue to rage on well after this unit gets a new owner. Like we mentioned in our original post, this very tiny condo has very high monthly HOA dues to the tune of $663. You would also have to pay an additional $350 a month if you wanted to park your car in the garage. However, parking's paid through November of this year.
