"This is a policy document that can't be all things to all people," Commissioner Ron Miguel told the crowd. "It just doesn't work that way." Truer words were never spoken as the city affirms the goal of transit-oriented housing as long as it's under forty feet high. The Planning Commission unanimously approved the housing master plan- which is advisory, not binding- and believed by some to be the urban plannning version of the theory that stop signs are a recommendation.
