Pacific Heights Stunner Graces the MLS

Holy smokes, do we have some morning real estate porno for you! 1745 Vallejo is part of a cluster of six storybook homes. It was designed in 1917 by Bay Area architect Henry Gutterson. The deets: 3-bed, 2.5-bath, 2,831-square foot, three-level fully detached condo that just hit the market with an asking price of $1,998,000. It was "lovingly and totally" renovated about five years ago. The only fault that we can find with this place is that we don't live in it. What do you think the monthly HOA dues are? They aren't listed, so we're going to assume that they're eight hundred trillion dollars. There's an open house today from 4 to 5pm, and one on Sunday from 1 to 4pm. Do ping us with the details if you attend.
