Oh no! Borders announced today that it plans to close 28 more stores than initially expected. When Borders filed for bankruptcy protection in February, it said it'd be closing 12 of its Bay Area stores. Today the chain bookstore added three more local stores to the list. The Borders stores in Pleasant Hill, San Rafael and Milpitas will close its doors. [NBC Bay Area]
