Exploring Muir Woods National Monument

New, 1 comment

If you didn't spend this past weekend outdoors, well, we feel sorry for you. Thankfully Beth Spotswood did, so now you can live vicariously through her. Her weekly Tourist Trapped blog post for SF Gate was published today, and in it she describes her trek through the always-stunning Muir Woods National Monument. Highlights include Sequoias that have survived people, an idea that perhaps fairies and elves frolic the grounds when the park closes, and a rare sighting of working phone booth. [SF Gate]
