That really grand and lovely Tudor house on Broadway we introduced you to last October, along the stretch known as Billionaires Row for its diverse crowd of plutocrats (Getty, Ellison, etc.) hit the public MLS today. The old rationale for the MLS was to share listings secretly with other realtors and codify how the commission would be split, but it's become such a broad-based shopping tool that maybe even the very, very rich now shop there for potential new digs. And they can do it with discount brokers who mine the MLS. How else do you think they got to be billionaires? [Curbed SF Archives, SFARMLS, Redfin]
