Oh dear, C.W. It's not that serious. His piece today in the Chron claims that the Haight Street Whole Foods is the second coming and sure to change the neighborhood into new Marina (in a good way, we're sure). Of course, there's a lovely story of two battling NIMBY organizations, which is something like watching adorable kittens paw at each other and then fall down and take a nap. Next up for the neighborhood: more fighting over the doomed recycling center. [SF Gate]
