Initially, we were intrigued by this posting's title. This studio may very well be a gem: it boasts hardwood floors, a large closet, and a balcony to call your own. There's a shared courtyard, which we're pretty sure can't match up to the fact that you're a half block away from Dolores Park. This place is one of the two in the city that allows dogs so you can wander down the hill with your pup to the park. You'll be paying $1795 per month, so you might need to start selling treats while you lounge in the park, but we're sure our readers can come up with a market yet untouched by the Cold Beer Cold Water guy.
