Taking Care of Business

From the SF Appeal comes word that yesterday a judged ruled that the residential Bridge Motel in the Marina must comply with nuisance laws and pay $156,000. The hotel has violated several housing, fire and health code laws, and the cops were called to the motel 91 times between April of 2009 and January of 2010. The judge also placed the hotel under court jurisdiction for the next five years, and told the owners and management that they need to fix the current problems. [SF Appeal]
