Let's turn this Friday into a Cryday: A new report put out by California's Bureau of State Audits shows us that some 54 school construction projects in San Francisco lack state certification for earthquake and fire safety. Education leaders, however, say that it's a paperwork issue. "At every level throughout our projects, the district takes the design, review, construction, oversight, testing and inspection of all our school work sites as our highest priority," said David Goldin, chief facilities officer for the San Francisco Unified School District.
