More worrisome news about San Francisco hosting the America's Cup: Some local artists feel like organizers of the yacht race aren't giving them the attention they deserve. And it's true! Of the $300 million bucks this event is going to cost, only $120,000 has been budgeted for arts. "You've really got to get it together," Bruce Davis, a former director for the Arts Council Silicon Valley, said at a recent Board of Supervisors committee hearing. "It's only 18 months away."
