Pacific Heights: Very Beige Co-op Sells, Minus $155K

New, 2 comments

When we last looked in June, this very beige and extensively renovated 2-bed, 2-bath co-op apartment in Pacific Height was looking for a new owner with $2,350,000 in his/her/their pockets. Nice views. It closed this past Monday for $2,195,000 after two price chops and what looks like a few "pending/contingent" and "re-listed" along the way. On the downslope of Pacific Heights (are we really in Cow Hollow here?) the building has twenty-two units, about two-thirds of which seem to have un-obstructible views of the Golden Gate the Marina, and some of the America's Cup Race. If that actually happens. Kudos to all involved.
