$880,000 Loss For Zynga Founder Mark Pincus

New, 16 comments

Ding, ding, ding! The house that Zynga built (actually, Mark Pincus has owned the house since 2005) got an offer and is now pending. The really sad news: Poor Pincus paid $2,850,000 back in 2005 for the 3-bed, 3-bath abode. We should point out that it underwent some very serious remodeling during his time there, which we're sure required major bookoo bucks. Originally listed for $2,189,000 in September, its price was reduced to $1,970,000 in early November. If the Pincus clan gets asking, he's still looking at a $880,000 loss.
