Opponents? criticized the report for failing to fully outline solutions to traffic jams, damages to plant life and other environmental problems. This morning, a coalition of four groups- San Francisco Tomorrow, the Golden Gate Audobon Society, Waterfront Watch, and the dreaded Telegraph Hill Dwellers- appealed the Planning Commission's unanimous vote last night to approve the America's Cup EIR.
