Here's the problem. The America's Cup is no longer a concept or a pipe dream. C.W. nevius reminds us that today is the day the Planning Commission votes to approve the America's Cup Environmetal Impact Report. Or votes to not approve- which he does not expect to happen. He just worries about lawsuits and lurking NIMBYs. Meanwhile, our local Team A-Cup is beavering away at Pier 80, and the Cruise terminal site has to be ready in July, 2013. [C.W.
