Unwanted House Guests

The SF Appeal has a delightful regular feature where San Francisco renters can ask an attorney who specializes in San Francisco's very complicated landlord tenant law to help them with a problem they're having with their landlord. The latest question comes from a renter who lives directly above a restaurant, and mice or rats have been coming into the renter's apartment from the restaurant, destroying property and creating a hazardous environment. That situation is, unfortunately, more common than not in this town. Click on over to read the renter's tale, and what advice attorney Dave Crow has to give them. [SF Appeal]
