Last week, the folks from SFGate's the Tech Chronicles were on the scene when Twitter held a press conference to show of the redesign of its web and mobile app interface. Additionally, the company also revealed a few details for its future 220,000 square foot HQ in Mid-Market. The highlight was the plan to removing the seventh floor on the western side and create a "large open-air roof garden for employees and events." Currently the space is gutted, and the company plans to move in by next summer. [SFGate]
