The skinny: The listing states that the the property's "a wonderful house that needs some work to be a perfect home in an A+ neighborhood." Judging by the photos, we know that the kitchen's in fine shape, as our the main living areas. No visual of the bathroom. We're not quite sure how extensive the cosmetic remodel will have to be.
