Think the only people renting are commitment-phobic youngsters? Guess again. The highest growth in rentals nationally has been among single mothers, the Wall Street Journal reports. For developers, this might mean adding playrooms instead of jacuzzis and jungle gyms instead of teacup-yorkie dog parks.
