Let's get the "meh" news out of the way: this studio is a TIC. That said, there are only two other units in the building. And hey, it's a pad in Alamo Square for $295,000, complete with shared (and lovely) backyard. The Queen Anne Victorian was designed in 1897 by architect William H. Lillie, so it comes with a bit of pedigree. The studio itself seems decent enough, although we'd quickly remove those glass blocks and maybe install some more cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen. Buying a studio not your cup of tea? There's a 2-bed, 1-bath unit for $579,000 in the same building.
