The CTIA, a trade group representing the mobile phone industry, is going to court to challenge a San Francisco law. The law requires phone retailers to display a posters and provide fact sheets notifying customers of the potential dangers of cell phone radiation and how to avoid it. A similar SF law banning cigarette sales in pharmacies managed to pass court challenges, so we can't wait to see how this will look in the Apple store next to the new iPhone. [SF Gate]
