Exposed Brick and Timber For South Beach Loft

New, 7 comments

Welcome to another episode of PriceSpotter, Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. And hey, cheaters never win, and winners never cheat!

What: 2-bed, 2-bath; 2,220-square-foot ground floor contemporary live/work loft.
Where: Bryant and 2nd streets, South Beach
The Skinny: Curbed enthusiasts will have an advantage here, since we wrote about this property back in 2010 when it landed on the market in the early part of the year and found a buyer by November when it sold for $1,200,000. Now it's back, and with a brand new price tag. What's your guess? Centered in San Francisco's "technology mecca," this loft is housed in the former General Electric building. Not included but suggested by the listing agent: it's "poised for you and/or your business needs to launch the next revolution." Give us your best guess in the comments!
