Less than a month ago 2531 Washington in Pacific Heights plopped onto the market with a totally reasonable price tag of $5,500,000. The 5,480-square foot abode features six bedrooms and 4.5-baths. According to the listing, the Victorian was "taken down to the studs and rebuilt piece by piece, system by system, from the foundation to the roof." This, of course, was so the home "catered to the 21st-century family." And we guess it will: it just sold for $5,600,000, which is $100,000 over asking. Congrats to all parties involved!
