From SFist we learn that the Harvey Milk plaque outside of the Castro Street Muni station was stolen sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning. SFist reached out to District 8 Supervisor Scott Wiener who told them, "All of the sudden it wasn't there anymore." The plaque was installed sometime in the '90s and was "bolted in cement." Wiener also added that "whoever stole it can return it no questions asked." You can click the photo, found on SFist and taken by Rink Foto, for a larger view. [SFist]
