Muni Woes

New, 4 comments

If you're a frequent rider of Muni, you know that waiting for the bus can be a less than enjoyable experience. One bus shelter is so bad, that officials are considering removing the shelter all together. On Friday, an engineering panel of the SFMTA will vote on whether to recommend removal of a stop on the corner of Hyde and Turk streets in the Tenderloin. Community activists have been pushing for the removal of the stop for awhile, claiming that it's a magnet for criminal activity. [SF Examiner]
