The Postal Service has set a plan in motion to cut back services at Post Offices around the Bay Area, NBC Bay Area reports. The Postal Service might even close a processing center in Petaluma and move some jobs to Oakland. But as Matt Baume put it, "?as use of physical mail continues to dwindle, it's only a matter of time before citizens start wondering why they're paying tens of billions of dollars for Post Offices that nobody uses."
